I was a little surprised by the author's choice to write this book in narrative form... but after reading Harvard Business Review's book on the same topic, I totally get why. The subject is remarkably dry (because it's about building processes) but when you experience the highs and lows of a story about selling a business its quite a bit more engaging.
Overall I enjoyed the read. The Reading level was straight up for the same people that would read "Who moved my cheese" but sometimes thats a good thing. Worth checking out if you want to build businesses.
