When I see people complaining about tech debt, I'm always curious to understand if they are actually talking about "tech debt" as described by Ward Cunningham or just normal corporate disfunction.

I never interview anymore, but the handful of times I have miraculously produced some funny stories. (cont.) I transitioned to development/engineering from a successful telecom sales career. A couple of useful predictions narrowly focused on technologies and tools used by software professionals. Since these tools preceed and influence future software that will be built it maybe useful to help predict the future state of technology...
It is possible that Software developers just might be underpaid.
